Neff & Associates Firm Background
The law firm of Neff and Associates was established in 1979. At that time, Bruce Neff had already been an attorney for ten years and had worked as an assistant district attorney for the City of Philadelphia and as general counsel for a group of corporations headquartered in Allentown. In addition, he had served as corporate counsel for Harleysville Mutual Insurance Company, Concord Mutual Insurance Company and Temple Mutual Insurance Company. It was in this capacity that Mr. Neff developed his knowledge of claims’ handling practices.
Bruce Neff has long believed that the consumer is entitled to an advocate who has a knowledge of the internal workings of the insurance companies. It is the philosophy of this firm to passionately represent the interests of the little guy. Over the years, the firm has represented thousands of clients for diverse claims. We are proud to provide personalized service to our clients. Neff and Associates is a boutique law firm – not a factory.
We have successfully brought suit against more than 50 insurance companies who have wrongfully denied legitimate claims by their insureds:

It should not be assumed that all of the companies listed above acknowledged that they had engaged in bad faith conduct nor that all of these companies paid damages to their insured for an amount in excess of what was owed under the policy. It is true, however, that all of these companies paid money to their insureds based on an obligation under an insurance contract after first having claimed there was no such obligation. |
